Community Update

Do not give this agency ANY of your personal information. I requested a renters insurance quote through the State Farm corporate website. Somehow, it got routed to this guy's office. They called me and wanted to talk to me about my auto and renters insurance. I told them I didn't ask for a quote on my auto insurance. He said he could get my auto insurance down to $110/mo on my 2005 malibu. I did NOT authorize him to look up ANY of my auto information, nor my current auto insurance rate. What gives him the right to take it upon himself to look up my personal auto information and give me a quote! Did he pull up my driver's license number? Did he pull up my DMV record? Did he pull up my credit? Where did he get that information? I didn't give it to him!!!! Creepy and invasive! Unwarranted intrusive behavior! Do NOT do business with this agency!
