Adron Holland Peters, 90, of Snellville

Adron Holland Peters, age 90, of Snellville, formerly of Monroe, passed away December 1, 2013.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 2 PM in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Day and Dr. James K. Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Haven Memory Gardens in Monroe.

Mr. Peters was a US Army Veteran of WW II and attended Snellville United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Adell Peters, three brothers, three sisters, and his son-in-law, Don Goehner. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Juanita Payne Peters of Snellville; daughter Pam Goehner and her children, Melissa and Michael Goehner, of Lilburn; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Scott Gower and their children, A.J., Meg and Matt Gower, of Lawrenceville; brother, Charles Peters of Social Circle; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
