Funeral Arrangements Have Been Made for Alvie Ray Robertson

The service is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 11.

Alvie Ray Robertson, 73, of Snellville, passed away October 9, 2012. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Robertson and is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lucille Robertson; daughters, Pam Robertson, Kim and Rollie McCluskey all of Snellville; grandchildren, Jeff Robertson, Jr. and wife Selena of Pelham, GA, Hunter Robertson of Flowery Branch, Lamar McCoy, Leigh and Leah McCoy,  Khloe and Kyleigh McCluskey all of Snellville; sister, Louise Slaton of Winder; sister-in-law, Ann Robertson of Lawrenceville and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Robertson was retired from Ford Motor Tractor Division after 30 years of service.  He later worked at Auto Zone in Lilburn.  He was a member of Forrest Hills Baptist Church in Snellville, avid sports fan and enjoyed spending time with his loving family.

A Funeral Service Celebrating the Life of Alvie Ray Robertson will be held Thursday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m. at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel with Rev. Carl Leach officiating.  Interment will be held at Old Nachochee Missionary Church Cemetery, Clarkesville, Ga.
