Karen Orr, 53, of Snellville

Karen Orr, 53, of Snellville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 12. 

Mrs. Orr was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Flanigan. She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years; Ronny Orr; daughter, Lindsay Williams and her husband, Tripp; daughter, Whitney Orr; father and mother-in-law: Bo and Betty Orr; she is also survived her sister-in-law: Tyree Martin and her husband, Michael; and her loving grandson, Dru, by whom she was affectionately known as MiMi; and her best friend, Rocky, her dog. 

Karen was a 1978 graduate of South Gwinnett High School. She was a kind and loving person, who loved her family deeply. She will be missed by all who knew her and by many friends.

A service honoring the life of Mrs. Karen Orr will be held on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at 2pm at Tom M. Wages, Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The Family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the families ask that donations be made to the Leukemia Society and The American Diabetes Association in memory of Mrs. Karen Orr.
