16th Class Graduates From Snellville Citizens Police Academy

The next course will run for 10 weeks in the spring.

The 16th class graduated recently from the Snellville Citizens Police Academy Class.

Coordinated by Sgt. R. Pendleton, the 10-week course is designed to educate the community about how the police department functions and how the community’s involvement can help deter crime. The last class began Sept. 12, and 16 people graduated Nov. 21.

The next class will begin in spring 2014. The course will start in March, but specific dates are to be determined. Anyone interested in attending the course should contact Pendleton at 770-985-3555 or rpendleton@snellville.org.
