Additional Suspects Charged in Metro PCS Robbery

Snellville Police investigators have named all three suspects, currently in jail in DeKalb County.

have now identified all three suspects in the robbery of a local Metro PCS store.

With assistance from DeKalb County Police and the DeKalb County Sheriff's Department, the suspects have been named and charged in the :

Antonio Robert Watson and Eldrico Sylvester Derrico, both 23, are each charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of firearm in the commission of a felony, and two counts of false imprisonment. Charles Hamm, 24, who was in Decatur, also has the same charges.

Each of the men is suspected of robbing the store in the New London Shopping Plaza in September. In that crime, the men are accused of robbing the store with a handgun, forcing employees into a restroom, and then leaving out a back door to an awaiting Chevy Monte Carlo.

All suspects are currently in custody at DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department.

Police are linking the same group of men to at least six other armed robberies in the surrounding areas of Gwinnett and DeKalb counties. Police believe the same method of operation was used. using the same method of operation.
