Aggravated Sodomy, Unregistered Sex Offender and Battery in Recent Arrest Reports

The following were arrested in unincorporated Snellville between Oct. 19 and Oct. 27.

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Oct. 19 and Oct. 27In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

  • Marshayla Qui-ate Frizell-Barnes, 3051 Sonya Lane, was arrested and charged with battery.
  • Kenneth Earl Haynes, 3850 Paulownia Lane, was arrested and charged with aggravated sodomy, cruelty to children (3rd degree) and battery.
  • Sandra Liliana Montoya, 3042 Gala Trail, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (less than $300).
  • Holly Lynne Happe, 8434 Lake Drive, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
  • David Earl Fields, 4620 Thicket Trails, was arrested and charged with hit and run.
  • Harry Martin Moore, 2692 Ashworth Circle, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property (2nd degree) and theft by taking.
  • Chavonn Diane Burns, 4400 Vecoma Lane, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking and simple battery.
  • Abraham Roberts, 3720 Knots Pass Road, was arrested and charged with robbery.
  • Sharod Alex Magnus, 3540 Revere Circle, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. 
  • Taleea Marie Gibson, 4670 Bridle Point Parkway, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion.
  • Frannces Loretta Jenkins, 1215 Masters Lane, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
  • David Joseph Johnston, 1633 Norton Estates Circle, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
  • Jordan Anthony McCourt, 1017 Wayne Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule I and II drugs.
  • Waudell Porter, 2300 Country Walk, was arrested and charged with battery.
  • Cecil Steven Smith, 4332 Vineyard Trail, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
