Arrest Report: Thieves, Drug Dealers and Disturbers of the Peace

These arrests were made between Jan. 10 - Jan. 22 inside the city limits.

The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department between Jan. 10 - 22. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. (Certain traffic related misdemeanors are not included.)

  • Latoya Anemoni Gill, 28, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting over $500 at 2059 Scenic Highway.
  • Shearnal Williams, 44, was arrested and charged with noisy, unruly conduct at 1508 Ben Park Way.
  • Ashli S. Haynes, 19, was arrested and charged with contempt of court at 2900 University Parkway.
  • Pedro Gomez, 32, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an intersection at 2648 East Main Street.
  • Richard Patrick Smith, 46, was arrested and charged with possession/manufacturing witth the intent to sell schedule I and II illegal drugs at 1784 Presidential Circle.
  • Gabriel Codin Bogar, 31, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway.
  • Bobby Junior Stephens, 37, was arrested and charged with noisy, unruly conduct at 2594 Dorian Drive.
  • Claude Jean-Louis, 37, was arrested and charged with noisy, unruly conduct at 2594 Dorian Drive.
  • Ashley Nichole Hulett, 25, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion at 1905 Scenic Highway.
  • Allysha Ocana, 26, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion at 1905 Scenic Highway.
  • Marquel Akeem Williams, 21, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property at 2211 Buckley Trail.
