Body Found in Little Mulberry Park
Remains are the second set found this weekend in Dacula.
A man hiking in with his son this weekend made a gruesome discovery.
The pair were on a trail within the park Sunday evening around 6:30 p.m. when the man spotted a badly decomposed body. Due to the condition of the remains, investigators were unable to determine the gender of the deceased at the scene.
According to a Gwinnett County Police Department press release, cause of death and identity were also not immediately apparent. The Gwinnett Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy.
