Failure to Pay Child Support and Battery in This Week's Arrest Support

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Oct. 28 and Nov. 6. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Tiffay Shay Young, 2323 Crimson Creek Lane, was arrested and charged with battery. 
• Jack Clifford Schroeder, 3544 Broxton Lane, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children (3rd degree).
• Roger Carlos Diaz, 2341 Westridge Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule II drugs, driving with a suspended or revoked license and use of license plate to conceal ID.
• Isaac Reco Reeves, 3064 Spruce Circle, was arrested and charged with theft by deception and burglary (1st degree).
• Donnie Eugene Akins, 3325 Revere Circle, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and giving a false name or information.
• Tiffany Lynn Scott, 3544 Broxton Lane, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Elly Xander Johnson, 3383 Castille Drive, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support. 
• Hugh Nigel Lunan, 3967 Rosebud Park Drive, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. 
• Nzinga Sakinah Gaynor, 2604 Dorian Drive Apt. B, was arrested and charged with financial identity fraud. 
• Timothy John Hetkowski, 3741 Ferncliff Road, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
