Gang Members and Bus Hijackers in This Week's Arrest Report

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Nov. 20 and Nov. 27. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Charissa B. Gibson, 3045 Sonya Lane, was arrested and charged with speeding and violation of probation. 
• Bryan Patrick Weader, 2461 Bethany Church Road, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Tashana Rashida White, 1945 Rockside Lane, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree) and battery.
• Ronald Brumfield, 2300 Country Walk Apt. 431, was arrested and charged with simple battery, disruption of a public school, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, giving false name or information, affray and violation of probation.
• Ethel Elizabeth Cruce, 2863 Parkwood Road, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Jack Proffitt Abercrombie, 1860 Milfield Circle, was arrested and charged with terroristic acts and threats and disorderly conduct.
• James Benjamin Cooper, 3190 Vail Court, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property (2nd degree).
• Jermaine Hewitt, 4670 Bridle Point Parkway, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
• Gabrielle Deseree Hartley, 3855 Fryeburg Lane, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Akita Sherre Straughter, 3728 Oakland Spring Court, was arrested and charged with forgery (4th degree).
• Able C. Nwachukwu, 3777 Oakland Spring Court, was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• Patrick Wilmon Lockhart, 2720 Tradd Court, was arrested and charged with interference with government property.
• Spencer Troy Resendes, 4860 Wynship Lane, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Marissa Paige Galloway, 4860 Wynship Lane, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
• Tamra Rene Schmitt, 4541 Shiloh Hills Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of illegal substances, criminal trespass and simple assault.
• Jorge Alberto de Santos, 2818 Cordite Loop, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree), simple assault and simple battery.
• Michael Sterlin Silva, 3710 Mountain Way Cove, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. 
• Sylvester Rosser, 7928 Norris Lake Road, was arrested and charged with harassing phone calls and simple assault.
• Nicholas Avery Hurst, 1225 Masters Lane, was arrested and charged with possession of a tool for the commission of a crime, theft by shoplifting, bus hijacking/boarding with a concealed weapon.
• Yusuf Rashad Abdul-Wali, 4297 Shoreside Circle, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling.
• Christopher Anthony Riley, 4404 Lucy Lane, was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon during a crime, battery, less than 1 oz. of marijuana, false imprisonment and simple battery.
• Michael Eric Flennoy, 4273 Telida Trail, was arrested and charged with striking an unattended vehicle.
• Reggie Tequen Greene, 4044 Huddersfield Drive, was arrested and charged with participation in gang activity, criminal trespass and terroristic threats and acts.
• Timothy T. Ward, 2918 Kingstream Drive, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Amar Salihic, 2899 Gala Trail, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
