Intense Domestic Disputes, Battery and Drugs in Recent Arrest Report

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Nov. 7 and Nov. 20. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Shanice Patricia Grant, 4313 Parks Ridge Drive, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
• Ivan Rainey, 2579 Pierce Circle, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and assault.
• Nicholas Quartez Person, 4234 Leslie Lee Circle, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Tamara Shaneka Ramsay, 4402 Hidden Bluff Way, was arrested and charged with entering an auto. 
• Patricia Anne Jackson, 2496 Lenora Church Road, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Stacy Jerome West, 3514 McIntosh Lane, was arrested and charged with battery and interference with a call for emergency assistance. 
• Juan Carlos Acosta, 2604 Holly Berry Trail, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Drew Joseph Johnston, 2300 Country Walk, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. 
• Raul Yahuitl-Lopez, 1037 Wayne Drive, was arrested and charged with simple battery and simple assault. 
• Walter Phillip Goddard, 2785 Crystal Brook Lane, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Mindy Lynn Goddard, 2785 Crystal Brook Lane, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Jennifer Nichole Kinna, 4280 Westminster Drive, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, simple battery, cruelty to children (3rd degree) and battery.
• Kristopher Marlin Kinna, 4280 Westminster Drive, was arrested and charged with battery, cruelty to children (3rd degree), false imprisonment and interference with emergency assistance.
• Hyunah Jho, 3540 Glen Eagles Court, was arrested and charged with allowing unlicensed to drive.
• Jeremy Joseph Felton Crane, 1864 Victorian Court, was arrested and charged with entering auto. 
• Patrick Gerald Hogan, 2006 Tanglewood Drive, was arrested and charged with entering auto.
• Lauren Ashley Lowery, 2400 Ivy Way, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
• Gary Norman Rosenberger, 3274 Harm's Way, was arrested and charged with theft by deception.
• Brittany Jena Valrie, 4061 Concourse Trail, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property (2nd degree).
• Phillip Brandon Head, 1371 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphenalia, obstruction, shoplifting less than $300, fleeing or attempting to elude police.
• Michael Patrick Driscoll, 3754 Whaley Court, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphenalia, obstruction and shoplifting less than $300.
• Charran Renee Craig, 3038 Meadow Point Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Rochelle Harrison, 4556 Amy Road, was arrested and charged with battery and interference with a call for emergency assistance.
