Man Robs Centerville Wells Fargo

Gwinnett Police are looking for an unidentified man as the suspect in a morning robbery.

The was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money on June 13, according to Gwinnett County police.

The robbery happened about 11:20 a.m., when a man armed with a gun walked into the bank demanding money, according to Cpl. Edwin Ritter, public information officer.

The bank is located at 3520 Centerville Highway, in the unincorporated area of Gwinnett County. The bank is not within the city limits of Snellville.

Ritter said no one was injured during the robbery, but that it was not immediately known how many people were in the bank at the time.

No one has been arrested at this time. The FBI and Gwinnett County Robbery Unit are investigating.

This Wells Fargo location was also one of the numerous sites robbed in the string of that happened across Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta.
