Men Dressed as Utility Workers Burglarize Home

Gwinnett County police are asking for help in identifying the suspects.

On the morning of Oct. 17, a home on Brittany Oak Trace in the Brittany Trace subdivision was burglarized.

The home is in unincorporated Snellville.

Fortunately, the home was equipped with surveillance cameras, and the suspects were captured on film. Both men are black males. The first wore a yellow reflective vest and a white hard hat, according to Gwinnett County police.  The second suspect wore a hooded black jacket.

Soon after approaching the home, the power was turned off at the home's external power box. Nothing was recorded from that point forward and no vehicles were seen.

The suspects stole a small safe and two handguns from inside.  At this time, there are no additional cases associated with these suspects.
