Mugshot Monday: False Imprisonment and Battery

The following are arrests made by Gwinnett County Police, between April 19 - April 26. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

Michael DeMorrs Richardson, 3750 Spring Creek Circle, was arrested and charged with battery, false imprisonment and cruelty to children (3rd degree).

Brittany Latrice Grogan, 3054 Destin Circle, was arrested and charged with battery.

Ah'sha Keante Edwards, 4350 Mccord Livsey Road, was arrested and charged with battery.

Chelsea LaShae Johnson, 8920 Hightower Trail, was arrested and charged with safety belt violations, failure to provide safety restraints for children, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to appear. 

Brett Andrew Swanstrom, 2925 Elizabeth Lane, was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling.

Megan Nicole Long, 4182 Scenic Mountain Drive, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.

Tasha Nicole Long, 3179 Larkspur Circle, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.

Jessica Carrie Widner, 3181 Summer Wood Circle, was arrested and charged with hit and run - failure to stop and render aid, driving without a drivers license and DUI - drugs/alcohol.

DaVaughn Kasseem Williams, 1867 Emerson Lake Circle, was arrested and charged with driving with a withdrawn license and driving a motorcycle with no insurance.

William Ashley Hogan, 2317 Deville Street, was arrested and charged with driving with a withdrawn license. 

Ronnie Lamar Cowan, 3359 Tuscan Ridge Drive, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Tamya Zhane Byrd, 3351 Imperial Hill Drive, was arrested and charged with affray.

Charles Franklin Turner, 4789 Centurian Way, was arrested and charged with obstruction.

Kevin Donnell James, 3737 Rosebud Park Drive, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Sarah Ashley McDaniel, 1505 Timberline Trace, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.

Anthony Darnell Dickerson, 4555 Bridle Point Parkway, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.

Jordan Darrell Spillers, 4465 Millenium View Court, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.

Chester Ashe, 4601 Ash Tree Street, was arrested and charged with violation of probation, possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana and crossing guard line of jail with drugs, weapons.
