Mugshot Monday: High Number of Loitering and Prowling Suspects and a Cocaine Trafficker

The following are arrests made by Gwinnett County Police, between March 24 and April 4. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

Abdoul Kone, 4184 Wellington Hills Drive, was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of alcohol under 21.

George Anthony Steele, 4227 Wellington Hills Lane, was arrested and charged with failure to have license on person, DUI - alcohol and improper lane change.

Kelvin Brain Brawley, 1735 Skyland Glen Drive, was arrested and charged with speeding, failure to obey a yield sign and DUI - under the age of 21. 

Richard Edward Green, 3267 Sunderland Drive, was arrested and charged with VGCSA - schedule II, possession and use of drug related objects and violation of probation.

Tremayne Tirrell Mosley, 4578 James Wade Drive, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree) and battery.

Kiah Tene Johnson, 4372 Arabian Way, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling.

Joseph Antonio Oguamah, 4488 Persian Court, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling.

Ingo Ngoyama, 2674 Hickory Valley Drive, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree), battery and cruelty to children.

Abril Ronzon Poumian, 2524 Oakland Spring Drive, was arrested and charged with lack of brake lights, forgery (first degree), possession of illegal substances with the intent to distribute, failure to appear, no drivers license and hold for immigration.

Rashid Mohamed Abdulahi, 4017 Medlock Woods Drive, was arrested and charged with loitering.

Victor Agya Adu, 4114 Medlock River Court, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling.

Jordan Lashameek Rose, 3630 Jasmine Cove Lane, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling.

Donald Magee, 2235 Boone Court, was arrested and charged with DUI - alcohol, reckless driving, improper lane change and failure to obey traffic device.

Bryan Lane Davis, 3595 Royal Court, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Eric Jermiah Jones, 3382 Sandwedge Court, was arrested and charged with aggravated child molestation.

Prince Charles, 3531 Periwinkle Drive, was arrested and charged with failure to appear, theft by receiving, removed plate with intent to conceal, hold for immigration and expired tag.

Steven Ray Deriso, 3151 Summer Wood Circle, was arrested and charged with following too closely and DUI.

Michelle Marie Andrews, 4087 Rosebud Park Drive, was arrested and charged with hit and run.

Bakhan Hamaali Hama, 4489 Alvin Place, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree) and battery.

Mitchelyn Markell Thomas, 2790 Brookhill Court, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Jenna Hill, 3280 Golfe Links Drive, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Zavier Carvel Ash, 3700 Spain Road, was arrested and charged with battery.

James Earl Grant, 2729 Cane Ridge Drive, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling, disorderly conduct (sex in public place) and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Assadullah Hussain, 3220 Golfe Links Drive, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and DUI more than .10% blood alcohol level.

Menace Junior Dorce, 4610 Millenium View Court, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.

Eric Scott Emery, 2153 Timber Lane, was arrested and charged with entering an auto and theft by receiving.

Michael John Williams, 3056 Bruckner Boulevard, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and shoplifting.

Domingo Jaime-Velazquez, 3204 Lee Road, was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine, marijuana, etc... and hold for immigration.

Justine Medero, 3571 Erdly Lane, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana, terroristic threats and acts, simple battery and violation of open container law. 

Davian Michael Prioleau, 4533 Beau Point Court, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to commit a crime.

Jazmine Glenn, 3064 Rochelle Court, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Tiesha Robinson, 3016 Lenora Church Road, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Brittany Arif Al'Shaibani, 4031 Summer Place, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Tonya Nicole Smith-McGill, 2721 Runway Lake Drive, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300 and violation of probation.

Steven Frederick King, 4480 Rivermoor Drive, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Darrell Antonio McDowell, 3396 Woodlaurel Drive, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
