Multiple Shoplifting and Drug-Related Arrests Made

These arrests were made between Dec. 26 and Jan. 8 inside the city limits.

The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department between Dec. 17-26In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. (Certain traffic related misdemeanors are not included.)

  • Carlos Lamont Biggins, 46, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1670 Scenic Highway.
  • Larry Thompson, 22, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1670 Scenic Highway.
  • Kimberly Duncan Frassrand, 52, was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of Schedule I and II controlled substances at 2944 Rosebud Road, Loganville.
  • James Henry Carter, 41, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1520 Scenic Highway.
  • Robert James Mahood, 22, was arrested and charged with loitering - drug related activities at 2334 Hidden Lane. 
  • Quines Meschan Buffington, 26, was arrested and charged with giving a false name or date of birth at 2468 Scenic Highway.
  • Sonya L. Crawford, 49, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property (2nd degree) at 1708 Scenic Highway.
  • Lester Marion Beamon, 49, was arrested and charged with loitering - drug related activities at 3241 Lamplighter Terrace.
  • Wade Scott Harvey, 45, was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of Schedule I and II illegal substances at 3241 Lamplighter Terrace.
  • Jennifer Marie Quinn, 27, was arrested and charged with burglary at 3225 Industrial Way. 
  • Desiree Clark, 23, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 2059 Scenic Highway.
  • Refika N. Ribic, 22, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway.
