911 Call from Triple Homicide Near Snellville: 'I Think She's Dead'

A neighbor living on Anderson-Livsey Lane in the Snellville area dialed 911 to report a quadruple shooting that resulted in three deaths and one injury Sunday.

Gwinnett County Police have released the 911 calls from Sunday's (Sept. 15) triple homicide off Anderson-Livsey Lane in unincorporated Snellville.

One of those calls came from the next-door neighbor of Angelina Benton, one of the victims who died from the shooting.

As heard in the audio, the neighbor described to the dispatcher how she heard gunshots and saw a man shooting Benton.

Benton's 12-year-old son and her 19-year-old godson also were killed in the incident while her boyfriend, Justin Cato, was shot in the leg and survived.

Cato also called 911, and his audio can be heard here.

Police believe the man responsible for the shooting is Robert Bell, a 33-year-old man who had recently moved into the home. He is not in police custody and is believed to be on the run, possibly to another state.
