Arrest Report: Transferring Obscene Material to a Minor and Cruelty to Children

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Dec. 30 and Jan. 5. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Cheree Najai King, 2225 Highpoint Road, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Daquan Jackie Mackey, 4335 Bridle Point Parkway, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
• Devin Chris Turner, 4033 Belgian Way, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
• Ronald Clyde Williford, 4111 Tanglewood Road, was arrested and charged with violation of probation and giving false name or information. 
• Kwadjo Danso-Boafo, 3745 Laurel Brook Way, was arrested and charged with driving with an expired license. 
• Martha Ann Lewis, 2300 Country Walk Apartment 721, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
• Malik Johnson-Harris, 4054 Red Laurel Way, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information and possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana. 
• Lisa Chase, 3297 Highpoint Court, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children (3rd degree).
• Tasheka Lashay Moore, 3036 Gwinnstone Circle, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and failure to appear.
• Donnie Eugene Akins, 3552 Tree View Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana and giving false name or information. 
• Jerry Allen Butler, 1898 Englewood Way, was arrested and charged with battery.
• John-Michael Phillip Huddleston, 1817 Town Place, was arrested and charged with electronic transfer of obscene material to a minor. 
• Christopher Lee Garcia, 3044 Ashly Pines Drive, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
• Karmen Kenyatta Golden, 3380 Imperial Hill Drive, was arrested and charged with battery. 
• Sade Tatiyanah Cooper-Elder, 4861 Heather Mill Terrace, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting, obstruction of a police officer and violation of probation.
• Anthony Lee Coffman, 2148 Hartridge Drive, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Susan Maguire Coffman, 2148 Hartridge Drive, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Michael Patrick Driscoll, 3754 Whaley Court, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
• Michael George McBean, 4191 Preserve Trail, was arrested and charged with no drivers license, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, violation of probation, driving with a suspended/revoked license and speeding.
