Cops Catch Teens Having Sex in Car Near Snellville Movie Theater

Snellville Police charged two teens last week in connection to having sex in a public place. 

According to a summary of the incident, an officer was checking the parking lot of Carmike 12 near Presidential Circle around 11:30 p.m. Friday (Sept. 20). 

The officer noticed a silver Kia Spectra with fogged windows in the rear of the parking lot. Walking up to the car with a flashlight, the officer observed a completely nude man, 18, laying in the backseat with a 17-year-old girl who had no pants on on top of him. 

"The occupants were engaged [in] fornication," the incident summary says. 

The couple didn't notice the police until they heard tapping on the window. The officer asked for them to clothe themselves, exit the vehicle and provide identification. 

Both were charged with public obscenity and were released from the scene. The girl's parents picked her up after the officer asked her to contact them.
