Police: Man, Woman Try to Return $600 of Unsold Merchandise at Home Depot

They picked up three aluminum replacement windows in the store and attempted to return them at the refund desk, according to the Snellville Police report.

A man and woman tried to return unpurchased items at the Home Depot in Snellville last week.

According to the Snellville Police report, an employee of the 1670 Scenic Hwy. store saw a black female and an Asian male retrieve three aluminum replacement windows worth $596 in the store.

They proceeded to the refund desk in an attempt to return the merchandise. The employee tried to apprehend the two at the refund desk, but they fled. They left the parking lot in a silver BMW driven by a black male. 

The employee was able to provide police with the car's tag number along with the female suspect's operator license number. The report does not detail if the suspects have been apprehended or not.
