Parrish was headed to Decatur Thursday evening to collect rent on a house there. He called family members around 10:30 and said he was lost somewhere around I-85 and I-20 in south Atlanta. The family member gave him directions, but he hasn't been heard from since.

Parrish had on khaki pants and a button-down shirt. He was driving a gray 2005 Chevreolet Aveo and has a small, white Shih-tzu dog with him. He suffers from dementia and needs medication, Cpl. Edwin Ritter said in a release.
