Police: Suspects Steal Nearly $1,000 in Cosmetics at Ulta

Surveillance footage shows four women were involved in the incident at the Scenic Highway store in Snellville.

Snellville Police are looking for four suspects in connection to shoplifting nearly $1,000 worth of cosmetics from Ulta last week.

According to the incident report, the theft took place around 7 p.m. last Wednesday (Dec. 4) at the 2059 Scenic Hwy. store. Surveillance footage shows two of the women enter the store and pretended to shop. Ten minutes later the other two suspects arrived.

The first two females acted as lookouts while the other two started "selecting, concealing and stealing" merchandise and placing them into a shopping bag. The report says 11 miscellaneous boxes were taken.

In the video, all four suspects are seen leaving through the store's front doors by 7:15 p.m. The theft was reported the next morning after the manager produced the security footage to police.

One of the suspects who placed the items in the shopping bag is described as a dark-skinned black female with a short afro cut and dark clothing. She also "looked like a male," according to the officer's report. The other female with her also was described as black, and the other remaining two suspects were Hispanic, but no other descriptions were provided in the police report.

The suspects' vehicle information was not detailed in the report.
