Recent Arrests in Snellville City Limits

The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department between Sept. 23 - Oct. 4. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

• Anita Chibogwu Aghadiuno, 19, was charged and arrested for simple battery at 1912 East Main Street.
• Kimyoun Marie Manns, 39, was charged and arrested for simple battery at 1912 East Main Street.
• Ansia Josette Fleurinor, 20, was charged and arrested for shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway (Walmart).
• Justin DeWayne Mitchell, 25, was charged and arrested for theft by receiving stolen property at Scenic Highway and Oak Road.
• Amanda Battle, 20, was charged and arrested for forgery (3rd degree) at 2440 Wisteria Drive.
• Barry Dieshone Hulbert, 21, was charged and arrested for criminal trespass at 2018 Scenic Highway.
• Kevin DeWayne Laws, 39, was charged and arrested for shoplifting (no address listed).
• Matthew Alan Dudding, 21, was charged and arrested for failure to appear at 2609 Sawyer Parkway.
• Marjorie A. Hosang, 48, was charged and arrested for driving with a suspended license at 3069 Lenora Church Road.
• Royan F. Cooper, 38, was charged and arrested for driving with a suspended license at 2296 East Main Street.
• Chevelle Faust Scurlock, 25, was charged and arrested for possession/buying illegal substances at 2160 Fountain Drive.
• John James Hanson, 19, was charged and arrested for loitering - drug related activities at 2328 East Ronald Reagan Parkway.
• Alex C. Grant, 21, was charged and arrested for driving with a suspended license at 853 Athens Highway.
• Svetlana P. Kitchen, 42, was charged and arrested for shoplifting at 2059 Scenic Highway.
• Cynthia Lynn Stanton, 47, was charged and arrested for driving with a suspended license at 2054 Scenic Highway.
• Allen Lee Berry, 43, was charged and arrested for theft by taking at 2188 Rockdale Circle.
• Sara C. Nelson, 49, was charged and arrested for public drunkenness at 1977 Scenic Highway.
• Selina Joiner, 43, was charged and arrested for theft by shoplifting at 2059 Scenic Highway.
• Brandon Louis Holmes, 26, was charged and arrested for driving with suspended license at 2178 Scenic Highway.
• Heather Deallie, 36, was charged and arrested for shoplifting at 1930 Scenic Highway.
• Travis David Leggett, 27, was charged and arrested for theft by taking at 2342 Oak Road.
• Fitzroy Anthony Sinclair, 51, was charged and arrested for driving with a suspended license at 2592 Henry Clower Boulevard.
• Tyrone R. Morton, 46, was charged and arrested for criminal trespass at 2193 Valley Creek Road.
• Herbert Ivan Middleton, 53, was charged and arrested for driving with a suspended license at 2844 West Main Street.
