Recent Arrests in Unincorporated Snellville

The following were arrested in unincorporated Snellville between Oct. 5 and Oct. 11.

  • Christopher Lee Carte, 3392 Chesterfield Court, was arrested and charged with violation of probation and violation of Georgia controlled substance act.
  • James Davon Spence, 4290 Royal Mustang Way, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.
  • Joshua John Buck, 3210 Ashly Brooke Drive, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
  • Rosie Lee Jackson, 2391 Temple View Court, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Miriam Tamar Abernathy, 2765 Shaemaker Lane, was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane, open container violation and DUI - alcohol.
  • Dena Marie Wood, 3556 Johnson Drive, was arrested and charged with DUI - alcohol and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
  • Alan Richard Rosbury, 3308 Mansfield Lane, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
  • Avair Deejuan Lindsey, 3651 Mountain Cove Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Georgia controlled substance act and loitering/prowling.
  • Crinyon Desmond Frazier, 3641 Sunbridge Drive, was arrested and charged with simple assault.
  • Richard Evan Brown, 4082 Campbell Road, was arrested and charged with loud mufflers/annoying smoke, violation of Georgia controlled substance act, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a weapon during a crime. 
  • Brandon Christopher Sterling, 2880 Park Chase Drive, was arrested and charged with contributing to the deliquency of a minor, criminal trespass and less than an ounce of marijuana.
