Recent Arrests Inside City Limits

Burglary, driving in a zig-zag course and shoplifting in this week's arrest report.

The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department between Nov. 7-15In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. (Certain traffic related misdemeanors are not included.)

  • Ivan C. Rainey, 20, was arrested and charged with noisy, unruly conduct at 2579 Pierce Circle. 
  • Kevin Jay Sloan, 21, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting over $500 at 2315 Wisteria Drive.
  • Raul Yahuitl, 20, was arrested and charged with simple assault at 1969 Dogwood Road.
  • Zachary John Sakoutis, was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of schedule I and II drugs at 1930 Scenic Highway.
  • Jill Ann Engen, 18, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 2059 Scenic Highway (Kohl's). 
  • Jaquan H. Jenkins, 35, was arrested and charged with reckless driving at 3313 Brooks Drive. 
  • Rausheer Dower, 28, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway (Walmart). 
  • Michael Lamar Pruitt, 56, was arrested and charged with loitering in public places at 2615 Lenora Church Rd. 
  • Louis Daniel Fox, 20, was arrested and charged with driving in a circular/zig-zag course at 2278 East Main Street. 
  • Dedra Morris-Charters, 44, was arrested and charged with noisy, unruly conduct at 2645 Ashworth Lake Road.
  • Anthony Charles Hughey, 43, was arrested and charged with entering auto to commit a theft at 1977 Scenic Highway.
  • Jocelyn Alyssa Hernandez, 18, was arrested and charged with burglary at 3385 Prairie Drive.
  • Ronald Reed, 18, was arrested and charged with burglary at 3385 Prairie Drive.
  • Rogelio Reynaldo Graves, 20, was arrested and charged with burgarly at 3395 Prairie Drive.
  • Latosha Renee Wright, 38, was arrested and charged with forgery (3rd degree) at 1550 Scenic Highway (Walmart).
