Recent Snellville Police Arrests

The following are arrests made by the  and Gwinnett County Police in Snellville, Aug. 31- Sept 5. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

Snellville Police

• Susan C. Free, 40, was arrested and charged with theft by taking at 1670 Scenic Highway. Free, Susan C. 

Gwinnett County

• Brandyn Nicholas Terry, 4357 Wheaton Way, was arrested and charged with intent to distribute illegal substances.
• Lenore Marie Andujar, 3809 Kittery Point, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. 
• Michael Jeffrey Holt, 1818 Hewatt Road, was arrested and charged with affray. 
• Lawrence Rodney Collier, 1765 Highpoint Road, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Shawn Michael Fisher, 2572 Scenic Highway Apartment A, was arrested and charged with DUI - drugs/alcohol and improper or erratic lane change.
• Steven Marshall Turner, 1781 Inlet Lake Place, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Austin Lee McDowell, 2912 Creekwood Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 oz.), drugs not in original container, possession and use of drug related paraphenalia, improper, erratic lane change and violation of probation.
• Jason Ozias Jackson, 2727 Lakewater Way, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, operating a motor vehicle on the wrong side of the wrong, and DUI more than .10% blood alcohol.
• Jacob Drake Cherry, 3887 Trenton Drive, was arrested and charged with sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Christopher Thomas Richards, 2782 Mornings Parkway, was arrested and charged with possession of an open container, speeding, DUI - alcohol, no license plate and removed plate with intent to conceal. 
• Raul de la Cruz Segueda, 2495 Springdale Drive, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. 
• Orthell Davenport, 2400 Century Lane, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.
• Jamal Johnson, 3048 Destin Circle, was arrested and charged with DUI - more than .10% blood alcohol, driving while license withdrawn, possession of an open alcohol container and violation of probation. 
• Robert Mark Williams, 3246 Sarah Lou Drive, was arrested and charged with battery.
