Running a House of Prostitution and Various Forms of Battery

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Dec. 10 and Dec. 19. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Gary Tyshaun Robinson, 3498 Chinaberry Lane, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. 
• Jennifer Elaine Garcia, 818 Lake Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of illegal substances and possession and use of drug related objects. 
• Michael Sterlin Silva, 3710 Mountain Way Cove, was arrested and charged with possession illegal substances.
• Timothy Neal Power, 2129 Harbour Oaks Drive, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion.
• Kevin Manuje Vederaj Arphutharaj, 1794 Elmwood Circle, was arrested and charged with improper/erratic lane change, exhibition of speed/acceleration, and reckless driving.
• Pamet M. Ellis, 3414 Pembrook Farm Way, was arrested and charged with DUI - more than .10% blood alcohol level, expired or no license plate and DUI - child endangerment.
• Tameeka Charleen Horton, 4076 Preserve Trail, was arrested and charged with obstruction of officer. 
• Wesley Jay Williams, 4168 Palm Drive, was arrested and charged with child abandonment. 
• Carlette Denise Head, 3060 Mccalla Court, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (less than $300).
• Ollie Joe Marchbanks, 4829 Duval Point Way, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.
• Christy Kanthachack, 3616 Lenora Church Road, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and theft by deception.
• Zachary Bernard Raymond, 4198 Wellington Hills Lane, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Charnale Candace Spence, 4290 Royal Mustang Way, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Destiny Jones, 3755 Millers Pond Way, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and theft by deception. 
• Hoke Stephen Spearman, 2871 Hickory Trail, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.
• Daryl Eugene Peeks, 3991 Tanglewood Road, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information.
• Rebecca Zoe Kromah-Kennedy, 3125 Destin Circle, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Gregory Teola Suddeth, 2051 Wendover Drive, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, false imprisonment and battery.
• Anna Nicole Ashburn, 3350 Prairie Drive, was arrested and charged with keeping a place of prostitution and prostitution. 
• Ganeshwar Dhanrej Shiwcharran, 4140 Kittery Point, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery. 
• William Davis Alston, 8416 Norris Lake Road, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and theft by receiving.
• Jewell Lucitta Johnson, 2488 Scenic Highway, was arrested and charged with battery.
