Shoplifting and Drug Related Crimes in Dec. 19 Arrest Report

The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department between Dec. 5 and Dec. 17. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. (Certain traffic related misdemeanors are not included.)

• Robert Cameron Bryson, 19, was arrested and charged with reckless driving at 1977 Scenic Highway.
• Lorne Spencer, 19, was arrested and charged with theft by taking at 2059 Scenic Highway.
• Jerome Steven Lockett, 36, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway.
• Asteway M. Tessema, 31, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $500 at 2059 Scenic Highway.
• Cynthia Quainoo, 39, was arrested and charged with loitering in public places at 1520 Scenic Highway. 
• Alvin Adeola Onakoya, 19, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway.
• Ardest Deywne Carter, 23, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway.
• Darin Wesley Born, 47, was arrested and charged with burglary at 1520 Scenic Highway.
• Alvin Dana Hines, 22, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $500 at 1550 Scenic Highway.
• Ronald Kenneth Johnson, 34, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 2059 Scenic Highway. 
• Adam James Gomez, 28, was arrested and charged with loitering/drug related activities at 1481 Athens Highway, Grayson.
• Ashley Jean Staton, 22, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway.
• Madison Nicole Mullens, 23, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting at 1550 Scenic Highway. 
• Jay Isaiah Westbrook, 25, was arrested and charged with loitering/drug related activities at 2071 East Main Street.
• Alexander D. Thrower, 22, was arrested and charged with fraudulent attempt to gain funds at 1550 Scenic Highway. 
• Diona Murray, 38, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion at 2607 East Main Street.
