Stalking, Public Indecency and Violence

The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, between Jan. 6 and Jan. 14. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Claude Nadege Louis, 2594 Dorian Drive, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Bobby Junior Stephens, 2594 Dorian Drive Apartment B, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Wayne Nelson Lowe, 3620 Erdly Lane, was arrested and charged with loitering or prowling and theft by taking.
• Fain Edmund Minton, 3760 Carriage Downs Court, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule II illegal substances.
• Leonard Clark, 1641 Willow Bend Way, was arrested and charged with violation of family violence order.
• Ashley N. Cowan, 1510 Summit Point, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• John Michael Connolly, 2721 Spring Ridge Circle, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a police officer and battery.
• Derek DaMarco Ingram, 3420 Traddsprings Way, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, open container law violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with a suspended registration.
• Serigne Mohamed Ndiaye, 2891 Brackenwood Drive, was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• Jaqueline McCray, 4265 Cary Drive, was arrested and charged with open container law violation, improper passing and DUI - alcohol/drugs.
• Spencer Brian Haggerty, 3834 Tanglewood Drive, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Phillip Brandon Head, 1371 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of a tool for the commission of a crime and theft by shoplifting.
• Anthony Lamar Harris, 3015 Revere Circle, was arrested and charged with stalking and public indecency.
• Zakaria Shanquell Ways, 4060 Countryside Way, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Drew Joseph Johnston, 2300 Country Walk, was arrested and charged with violation of probation, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
