City of Snellville Wants Your Input

Snellville leaders are moving right along with plans for the Town Center, and they want to hear from you.

The city of Snellville is revving up energy surrounding its revisioning plans, and city leaders are looking for all residents in the Snellville area to provide helpful insight.

A survey is now available online for anyone who wants to participate. There are 21 questions, including one on contact information. It takes less than 10 minutes to take. The survey will be open for a month, until 8 a.m., Feb. 18.

Questions center around preferences of development around City Hall and near the intersection of U.S. 78, Oak Road and Wisteria Drive. With the new revisioning plans, the city is hoping to promote jobs, and build civic pride and engagement. 

Special planning charrettes will begin Feb. 10, with a kick-off meeting. The location was not determined as of Tuesday, Jan. 18. The actual planning meetings will commence 9 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 12.
