Holiday Office Closings, Trash Collections
Gwinnett and Snellville offices will be closed.
Most city and county offices will be closed Monday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. All will re-open on Tuesday, July 5.
Gwinnett County says offices needed for the “comfort and safety” of citizens will be open on Monday. All of the city of Snellville administrative offices, including the recycling center, will be closed on the holiday.
Emergency services and trash pickup will operate as usual in Snellville. According to the county, haulers there will operate as normal. However, the Gwinnett County Solid Waster and Recycling Call Center will be closed Monday.

Also closed Monday will be Gwinnett County libraries, including local branches in Snellville and Centerville.
