March 11 Snellville City Council Meeting Agenda

Discussion items include a moratorium on permits for assisted living facilities, personal care homes and group homes and action on an ethics complaint against councilman Mike Sabbagh.

Snellville City Council will meet March 11 for a regularly scheduled meeting at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. A work session will be held at 6:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the regularly scheduled meeting.

  • Council and Mayor will discuss a conditional use permit for Budget Car and Truck Rental of Atlanta concerning the property located at 2960 West Main Street
  • Council and Mayor will discuss an ethics complaint filed by Russ Nuspliger against councilman Mike Sabbagh. 
  • Council and Mayor will discuss a moratorium for assisted living facilities, community living arrangements, family personal care homes and group homes. This stems from a prior moratorium that expires March 31, 2013.
