The invoice with Moosehead Marketing Solutions is over 60 days overdue. The bill is ironically for work that Moosehead Marketing did to promote small business in the city, to show that Snellville supports small business. Yet Mayor Kautz has not signed the check even though the work has been done. There is no excuse for such embarrassment for the city.
