Snellville City Council Agenda for Monday, Oct. 14

The mayor and council will meet Monday for its regular meeting and work session.

The Snellville City Council and mayor will meet Monday (Oct. 14) for its regular work session and meeting.

The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers of Snellville City Hall, located at 2342 Oak Rd. The work session will precede it at 7 p.m. in conference room 145.

Among the items on the agenda are:

-Approval of the 2014-2019 Short-Term Work Program update to the Atlanta Regional Commission for review

-Approval of the Home Rule Ordinance to amend a section of the charter for notification of special meetings

-Approval of an application by Lifegate International for a conditional use permit for a church and request for variances from the zoning ordinance, development regulations, and buffer, landscape and tree ordinance for 2410 Wisteria Dr.

-The short-term lease proposal on the old police department property of Springdale Road

-The city's ADA responsibilities
