1. Where should you vote?

Find out what's happening in Snellvillewith free, real-time updates from Patch.

Thanks to the Secretary of State's office, there is a quick and easy way to figure that out. Click on the "My Vote Page," type in your name, county of residence and birthday, and your polling place information should come up.

2. What time is voting?

Polling places will be open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

3. Who can vote?

Georgia's presidential primary is an open system, which means that you do not have to register for a particular party to vote. At the polling place, you will get the party ballot that you ask for. Only Democratic and Republican ballots are available for the Georgia primary. (During the general election in November, other choices will be listed.)

4. If you're elderly, do you have to wait in line?

No. From 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., each voter who is 75 years of age or older, or who is disabled and requires assistance in voting can request to skip the line. If you ask, a polling worker will allow you to vote at the next available station.

5. Can you still vote absentee on Super Tuesday?

The short answer is no. If you didn't do advanced or absentee voting, you have to show up at the polls to cast your ballot.

6. Aren't there other elections/voting going on?

Yes, check with your city or county government website to learn what other races are happening. However, in Gwiinett County, there is a vote on Sunday alcohol sales. In addition, District 107 in parts of Gwinnett County will have a special runoff election to fill that seat.
