Snellville Real Estate Market Update, May

How is the Snellville real estate market doing? Prudential Georgia gives an update.

Many things are unchanged in the Snellville-Lilburn real estate market since April but this also suggests the market is turning around.

According to Prudential Georgia's May report, listings are still down, which means there are fewer homes on the market to chose from. That's good news for sellers, but not-so-good news for buyers.

Additionally, the average number of days that a listing stayed on the market before being sold is down 25 percent -- from 72 days in May 2012 to 54 days this year.
