'Battle of Snellville' Game to Honor Hometown Hero Justin Lansford

Twelve games are scheduled this weekend.

During this week's game between Brookwood and South Gwinnett High, dubbed the Battle of Snellville, former Brookwood student Justin Lansford will be honored at half-time.

Lansford was injured when his vehicle was struck by an IED in Afghanistan, resulting in numerous injuries, including an amputated leg. He will also be at Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
