Brookwood Elementary School students covered the hallways with paper boots last week as part of a Relay for Life fundraiser.

During "Give Cancer the Boot," held January 13-17, students could purchase a paper boot for 50 cents or three for $1. They ended up raising $2,558.75 for cancer research.

Way to go, Brookwood Elementary!
