South Gwinnett Offensive Lineman Signs to Western Kentucky University

South Gwinnett High offensive lineman Dennis Edwards signed to Western Kentucky University this week.
According to Courier-Journal.com, Edwards is the ninth 2014 recruiting commitment to WKU. He's ranked as the nation's No. 22 center and the No. 130 prospect in Georgia by 247Sports.com.
Dennis, South Gwinnett and the rest of Georgia's high school football teams hit the practice practice field Aug. 1. On Aug. 24, the Comets will play against Lincoln High from Florida in a televised ESPN segment as part of the network's High School Football Kickoff series.
