Terrible ethics! My husband and I used them a few times and they seemed okay, but today they tried to pull a scam on us that made me so angry that I had to post this review so others won;t get ripped off like they tried to do to us. We purchased 4 new tires from this store on Hwy 78 in Snellville, for our Subaru. That went fine: we got a great deal and used an online coupon as well. However, when we went to start our Subaru, it would start but not stay cranked. Gee, that's weird: it ran fine when we brought it in....oh, but not to worry, said Firestonem they would give us a free diagnosis and see what the problem was. Later they call and tell us that we need a new vaccum hose and other repairs totaling $586. Smelling a rat, we told them "No, thank you" and had the car towed to Holden Automotive just down the street, where they saw that the vaccum hose had been mysteriously dislodged, which was why the car would not stay cranked. They put it back into place and the car ran FINE. So my husband went back to the Firestone stoe and complained, so they say that they will credit him the tow truck charge, but we'll see. I also called corporate and made a formal complaint to their customer service department and have a case number, and the district manager is supposed to cal me back, but in any case, it just goes to show you that this place is one to avoid from now on. They aren't even smart about their scams, either.
