Due to new insusuance, I have had to change primary Dr. that I ve had for years. I saw Dr Williams, what a jem! He accually spent time with me, going over all meds and conditions. He listened too me and was very concerned as well. It was a pleasant visit, except for the gal at the check out window, she is rude and unpleasant and needs another job other than anything to do with people. Put her behide a desk that has nothing to do with your patients!! The rest of the staff was great front desk, very nice. Dr. Williams you are very nice and thank you very much, I will be back, from the "elderly" lady. LOL

Jeff,
I HATE to admit it but you are 100% correct. Due to insurance requirements I have been a patient at GMA for the last 10 years or so. I LOVE Dr. Lentz but the staff leaves quite a bit to desire. I have been waiting for a return phone call from their office Manager for over three weeks now. It is truly sad and discouraging. Every time they get some decent staff members, they are only there for a few weeks or so then they are gone.
The admin, nurse and pretend nurses at GMA are the WORST! If you need anything from a refill question to billing, you are put on hold for 10 minutes plus, or they ask you for a number to call you back, and guess what, you DON'T GET A CALL BACK. I've gone more than 2 weeks at a time without a refill authorization! Glad it wasn't life threatening! The Office Manager and Head Nurse are inept and rude. Idiots...

DON'T see PA Barker! Let's see, she can type fast woo hoo. And if you like to hear "it's a no brainer" over and over again when you ask her a question, she's the one for you. Oh, and she will frequently remind you that you should be talking to your primary care if you ask too many questions. The nurse I saw was wonderful. The girl at check out was a joke. The primary care physicans are fantastic. They are the reason for the 4 star rating. If I were only rating the PA they would get no stars.
