I purchased a car from this company and two days later the check engine light came on and the car overheated. It was also sent to Mina Auto Sales in Buford. I was told they replaced my water pump. The car has been in the shop five times and the so called warranty I purchased was cancelled and not valid. Today after having the car five months, I'm told it needs a new transmission, radiator and a timing belt plus loads of other things. They never responsed to BBB, my certified letter and the Dept of Consumer Affairs. Take a guess what my next steps are.......

I drove 20 miles to this place to see a car that I had seen on the website. I called before driving out there and was told to come by for a test drive. When I got there the car was not there and I was told that they had several similar ones. A classic bait and switch routine. I left and will never go back. These folks are CROOKS!!

I wish I had read the reviews on this HORRIBLE and UNETHICAL car dealership. I bought a car from there and by the time I got it home the check engine light came on!! Also, the heat is not working properly. They told me to take it to Mina auto repair. They had it for 3 days. They said it was ready. When I went to pick it up they had done nothing to it!!!. William at the dealership actually told me that I could still drive the car and it would be fine. What? The check engine light is ON!! and my heat is still not working. I will be pursuing this as far as I can. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! DANGER DANGER!!! STAY AWAY!!
UPDATE!! I found out this weekend on day 7 of owning the car I bought from them that they had cut the oxogen sensor so the car would pass emmissions. Please do not do business with this company you will regret it.!!

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! I just purchased a vehicle on Dec 30, 2011. The car seemed fine and ran well they claimed it ran "Smooth as Silk" I had the car for a day when the brakes went out. I kept smelling a starnge smell in the car and thought it was just the Pine Tree air freshener they had placed in it. Uppon further insepction I opened up the trunk and found the whole wheel well full of water and mold. I called them and asked to return the vehicle that the car obviously had issues before I purchsed it. They refused,and told me it was my problem now. They sold me a 2 year "bumper to bumper warrany on the car and told me to use that to fix the brakes and truck issue. They know that the warranty does not cover pre exissting cond. or maint. issues but continued to tell me that it was a bumper to bumper warranty. Then after looking over my paperwork I had signed a diclosure statement stating that the dealer did not charge me extra for the vehicle due to financing. Well thats excatly what they did. I found the car on their website listed at $7990 and when they wrote up the deal they charged me $9000. I asked why the vehicle was costing me an extra $1000 and he said it was because of it being financed. What a rip off. I am a single mother with 2 children and they knew this before I even got there and told me the car was in excellent condition. There was not even any coolant in the vehicle which tells me they did not even bother to service the vehicle before they sold it to me.
I was gonna buy a car for this place, but my brain finally started working after I talked with the finance guy. The car was listed at $4,999. The test drive went well after which I told them to run my credit. My credit was fine, and i guess that kicked something off in his head, cause when he came back he informed me that the price was not $4,999( that was the cash price), but the car actually $6,000, plus a mandatory $2,156 extended warranty plan, plus tax, tag, and title. I explained that if I had known that the car cost that much, He would have never got permission to run my credit. I called him crazy as HELL and processed to drive away. This car was for my 17 year old daughter. Please don't buy anything from the ALIENS!!!
These guys are horrible. I just bought a car from them and then took it to get it checked out..It needs tons of work had a leak in the axcel and they sent me to their shady business up in Buford where I got to see where all their cars come from...Its a chop shop where they piece cars together. They made me pay for the repair after owning a car for less than 48 hours! On the third day my check engine light came on which they obviously reset...Horrible. They don’t speak or comprehend English. They don’t understand integrity.. DONT DO IT! I wish I would have looked up review before I went there.
I bought a car from here 2 weeks ago! The car is broken down now and needs $2300 of work done to it. I found out that they had reset the check engine light so that I wouldn;t realize there was a problem. Before i even made it home the light came on. I called them and they argued with me about it and refuse to offer any help! They have cursed been and just been nasty about it! These people are crooks! Not american owed either!
