Do not go to this facility unless you want the run around. Dr. Glenn Kaplan told my daughter he would authorize for her to receive a temporary handicap placard after seeing her resulting from being hit by 3 cars and her car flipped over. She and I called for over 3 weeks after being told to call back in 2 days, 3 days, 2 days...this went on and on which totaled over 3 weeks. Dr. Kaplan complained of working 14 days straight without a day off as why he hadn't gotten the form she submitted notarized. If he could not do this, he should have been forthright in saying so instead of being extremely rude to me in the end and asking why does she need the placard. There is more to this story than I can write but I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Very unprofessional.
