I had met Capt. Herb Emory many times doing what he did often: giving of himself and his time to aRead More lot of community activities. I also had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife, Karen, when they were both at the Arbor Place Mall for Olympic medalist, Elana Myers' most recent celebration. My prayers and condolences go out to her and the Emory family and friends, as I, too, try to get past the shock of his passing. Heaven gained what we have lost: a really sweet man with a wonderful sense of humor, who got many of us through the driving commutes, and helped so many people through the numerous charities that he participated in for several decades. We will miss Capt. Herb every single day for a very, very long time.

I'm just finding about this today. I'm all the way in South Carolina, but the news struck me as hardRead More as ever. Ms. Lewis, in her professional capacity, was involved with a delicate matter involving my family and especially my children. To say the least, she was a ray of light in a very dark chapter in our lives and we will forever be greatfull. My deepest condolences go out to her husband, children and all her family. I've only known her a short while, but her work and kindness will impact us the rest of our lives. May god hold and keep her as well as provide comfort to her family.
