Results of recent Gwinnett County restaurant inspections in Snellville by East Metro Public Health with a synopsis of deficiencies found by the inspector. These are reports over the past week. Updated: Repeat Health Violations Suspends Permit for Local Applebee's

Health inspectors cited and temporarily closed the Applebee's at 1925 Scenic Highway on April 15; a compliance meeting was scheduled for April 18.

UPDATED: 8:55 p.m. The Snellville Applebee's, which had its permit suspended earlier today, was reopened Friday evening an employee said, after health inspectors closed the restaurant during a routine inspection on April 15.  A report from the East Metro Public Health indicates that the restaurant's permit had been suspended because of repeat violations, and that a compliance meeting would be held on April 18. "This facility's permit is suspended due to repeat violations on same code section for three consecutive routine inspections," the report read. Take a look at the recent inspection report here. I went to this place and the manager was a jerk. My pasta was usually spicy and he refused to substitute it for something else even w/-t being the same price. Never agin will I go. The service is terrible.   more ›
