This story originated on Lilburn Patch Gwinnett County investigators are searching for suspects in the theft of a trailer in unincorprated Lilburn. On Oct. 1, police responded to a theft of a trailer at the 4200 block of Walking Lane in Lilburn, Ga. Police said in a press release that the trailer was taken the night before, and the suspects were captured on security video. On the video, the suspects are seen backing a white truck up to the trailer. The male suspect cuts off a lock and chain securing the trailer, then the trailer is hooked up and towed away by the suspect vehicle. A Dacula man was pepper sprayed in the face after attempting to speak with a male who allegedly made sexually suggestive remarks to the victim’s wife while she was walking in Little Mulberry Park. On the morning of Sunday, July 29, police received two calls related to the incident -- one from the victim and one from the suspect, later identified as Eddie Dwayne Boss, 53, of 3584 Habersham Court in Buford. An officer met with Boss first to obtain his version of events. Boss said he had encountered the victim’s wife at Little Mulberry Park previously and had what he described as a “mutual conversation” with the woman.
