A Daisy A Day in a Family Way

After nearly 40 years in Snellville, a generational business continues to thrive in the heart of the city.

A Daisy A Day florist is as rare as the exotic flowers sold there. It is a throwback to the days when family owned generational businesses where commonplace.  Long gone are many of  the family owned drug stores, grocery stores and banks that have been replaced with large national chains.  Yet A Daisy A Day still thrives in Snellville nestled between strip plazas and large bank branches. The third generation to own and operate a flower business is Julie Eschbach, whose grandparents started the family’s legacy about 80 years ago. Everything she learned about the business from her parents and grandparents, Eschbach continues to put to use every day.
