Bites Nearby: Sakegura Japanese Restaurant

Every week, Patch chooses a restaurant worth checking out in the area. Today we went to Sakegura in Snellville.

I headed to the far reaches of Snellville on Thursday, thinking that I was going to the new Olive Garden for this Bites Nearby. But, it was still closed, so I decided on Sakegura Japanese Restaurant. I'd never gone in there, actually because I'd never seen it before Thursday. I like Japanese food, so I decided to give it a try. And, yes, this was lunch time. (Last time I wrote one of these someone criticized me for not reviewing dinner selections. Well, sorry I didn't have dinner.) Sake Gura is one of my family's favorite places IN THE WORLD. It was originally opened up and owned by the same gentleman who owns Mah Jong (right across the parking lot). Both serve incredible food, employ respectful servers and all at decent and reasonable prices. Good call on this one Joy, you might want to check out Mah Jong too.
