Recent Restaurant Inspections Reveal Roach Particles and Filthy Conditions

Results of recent Gwinnett County restaurant inspections in Snellville by East Metro Public Health with a synopsis of deficiencies found by the inspector. Name: American Deli Location:  3425 Centerville Highway Suite 3D Score:  70/C Previous Scores:  81/B, 82/B Deficiencies observed:  The person in charge left the establishment and did not designate a person in his place. Opened, commercially packaged American cheese and ham opened on Friday without stated day on the packages. Quat was measured above 400 ppm (strip turned blue).
